About Me
As a real estate professional with RE/MAX Signature Properties, I understand the importance of working with an agent who will have your best interests at heart. I have an extensive background in marketing and utilize innovative and creative techniques to market my clients' home to both buyers and other Realtors. I also offer a comprehensive relocation packet to help buyers understand the 95 different neighborhoods in the Portland Metro area and to help make transitions smooth and simple. As an Accredited Buyer's Representative, (ABR), you can rest assured that I will work diligently on your behalf to negotiate the best price and terms for you. In addition, I have been recognized by the Residential Finance Council as a Certified Finance Specialist, (CFS), a designation which requires an intensive course of study, and evidence of experience in the area of home finance counseling.
I work extensively with first-time home buyers and am familiar with many programs that provide down payment assistance. From showing you homes or showing your home, to negotiating your offer and walking you through to a successful closing, I will be with you every step of the way!
